Come and learn about this fascinating and very versatile craft. At the beginning of the course we will look at the history of mosaic and how it is used in more contemporary arts and crafts. Initially you will complete a small project to learn the basic techniques of cutting and breaking materials, sticking and grouting. Karen Wones, tutor, has a selection of books, pictures and materials to inspire you into your own design for your home or garden! The materials, which Karen can source, will cost approx £10 per sq foot, depending on what type you choose. All abilities welcome.
